CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. No Call/No Shows will be charged for the full amount.

If we reserve an agreed upon time we cannot take another client.

Please be considerate of our time as we are of yours. Emergencies and certain life experiences are unavoidable, and we can always reschedule.

Please note: A credit card is needed to reserve a spot for your service. You will not be charged at the time of booking. If you do not call to cancel we will charge the card on file or send an invoice. Please note, we can see when you view your invoices, so please communicate with us to resolve any issues.
